Students are my teachers!

It is very important for students to be really interested in subject they study, that's why we, as teachers, should think over their motivation permanently. If they are not motivated they will never realize the subject of learning, so this point is # 1 in teaching approach I think.

To get students interested we try to find different approaches and methods, but sometimes students give us the tools by themselves. So I got to know that my students had discussed their home task in Social Network (Vknotakte - Russian Facebook) and I decided to post English tasks straight in Social Network within Community, named «Spoken English Here» which I ‘d created earlier especially for my grade.

It is early to present results, but we are in process of testing this method and I will share the news with you later! What I want to stress is that Student Voice is literally crucial!
