Learning activity details

(We’re looking down at the night lights of Taipei, Taiwan, from the top of Mt. Datun in Yangmingshan National Park. The park is actually within the city limits, but can feel a world away, with the low peaks of the Datun Volcano Group, lush vegetation, and natural hot springs.)

What would be a good month for you to visit Taipai and see the sights? What are some features of the climate you would avoid?
