Enhancement teaching capability through ICT, New Technology Training

In Naziria Naymia Mahmudia Madrasha (Microsoft Mentor School Bangladesh) The Training helping teachers to enhance their capability through ICT, New Technology and enable them to juxtapose ICT with common core subjects. This will make the teachers to provide effective teaching in the class. By using ICT the teachers can prepare and present his lesson in such a way that will make teaching and learning interesting. It will provide the students with motivation to learn effectively and help them to prepare to face the challenges of 21st century skills. Acquiring skills in using ICT for teaching the teachers will be equipped them changing in to become 21st century teaches. These trained teachers will create numerous volunteers in their respective schools which will make great impact in our country.

The project select 32 best candidates Per Batch Batch from Madrashas, Schools, college Teachers Educators for 06 Month a batch Training

Chittagong is most busy city and commercial capital of Bangladesh. About 2997 Primary school, High schools 751, Madrashas 299, Colleges 150 in Chittagong. There are large industrial areas and business offices all around where skill people are needed. In Chittagong 79, 13,365 population (till 15th March 2011) are living. We are trying to canvass on social issues to protect them and living safely by taking steps such as Awareness, Motivational work,Volunteerism etc. We have a chance to prepare number of people for 21st century skills and development. By giving them proper training on ICT, New Technology etc their Learning skills teaching with technology will be developed, living condition will increase; their self protection knowledge will be high with National and International Practices in teaching. The project will create opportunity to be long lasting capability in Teaching learning Process The Projects location is in the center of industrial and trading area.

The goal of the project is to address the challenges of effective teaching Learning Process by giving ICT New Technology training a pool of potential young minds Teachers Educators and Future developments of a structured Training Program of ICT The Participants shall helm the leadership in their respective communities for designing and implementing innovative actions in tackling the 21st century challenges including the Teaching with new technology

The training is skill base it will give confidence in trainee to face real teaching learning Process in Practical and theoretical both Local and Gloabl aspects. The 32 graduates of the course will volunteer to teach computer skills at their respective Madrashas, schools and colleges they will be self reliant through the courses. It will help them to create numerous Volunteers in their respective areas such as students, Guardian, school community etc

The trainees will getting based training which will help them to be self reliant and contribute to the schools, community and country as well. They can join in their Institutions as efficient Teaching work force thus work as a catalyst to promote sustainability. After the training Teachers, Educators will be hopeful to face by using Knowledge their Practical Challenges.
