It's a free utility that lets you connect and share your screen with up to 15 other computers in different locations—ideal for in-class collaboration across multiple schools, remote instructions, or collaborative homework projects between students. Get everyone’s ideas and input, whether it’s long distance learning or collaborative project work.

Expand your teamwork options

SharedView is easy to use and requires a web-based environment. A Windows Live ID (Passport, Hotmail, or MSN) is required to start sessions, but not to join sessions. Any participant can take control of the session or provide handouts, so other participants can download—no email required.

Hold more effective meetings and conference calls with Microsoft SharedView:

  • Work together in real time – edit and share presentations and documents
  • Use when and where you want
  • Easy to use, from anywhere, at a moment's notice
  • Anyone can share, and the person sharing can give control to anyone else
