Let Your Students Get to Know You

From my experience as a teacher . I think that the first thing to do is to introduce yourself and let your students introduce themselves also and talk about their hobbies and activities. Breaking the ice and personalizing your relationship is often the key to a successful school year. In my classroom, I encourage my students to talk about themselves, their lives , hobbies, activities outside of school.
