Technologist leadership is needed

I think Leadership is similar to a wise director who is able to manage everything before him wisely and is able to overcome any blocks before him with wisdom.What helped him to achieve that his advanced learning of modern technology to directorate the mind and heart of his school ( students and teachers). So , a leader of school or school project or subject should be acknowledgeable and technologist.
