Hope to Make some Change for My school

I have learnt a lot from the global forum. It is a fruitful and valuable trip for me. I learn many from other educators, judges and the speakers. Their experiences and sharing inspire me very much.
In the global forum, I learn that the most important thing is not the technology. The most important is how can we(teacher)can change our mindset, teaching pedagogy and even the curriculum. We must think what our students need but not what we need. Our job or task is to equip our students to face the future. We must teach them how to use technology to solve the real world problem.
After the Global Forum, I hope to make some change for my school. I will make some change for school curriculum to not so exam-oriented but more focus on the 21st century skills. I will share what I see in the global forum to my teachers. I will have demo lessons for my teachers. I really hope it can make a change for my school!!
